Conveyor belt RFB, Cobra RCFB

Conveyor belts are ideal for transporting both packed and bulk goods. They can be horizontal, inclined, or a combination of these two ways. Conveyor belts operate along a simple principle. An endless belt is moving between two drums. It accelerates the material placed onto it onto its own velocity, it conveys and discards the materials at the motion drum. By means of the proper accessories, e.g. adjustable discard trays, materials can be discarded from the belt or conveyed onto it at any point. One of the drums is driving, while the other is meant to adjust the tautness of the belt. Driving power is conveyed through friction. Conveyor belts usually move products towards the driving drum. While conveying, the surface of the belt is either flat, or bent. The surface can also be shaped to be notched. Its material is usually defined by its purpose. In milling industry, belts are usually made of plastic-textile. The belt can be positioned onto rolls, or a flat sheet.
The RFB-type conveyor belt can have various dimensions.

The belt can have a housing as well. Through the application of proper suction, dust can be minimised.

The RCFB belt is a variant, where several inclinations, from horizontal to vertical, can be applied for conveying. This is achieved with the help of additional drums and cartridge belts. A normal conveyor belt can have a maximal inclination of 25°, however increasing the inclination reduces the performance. RCFB belts installed horizontally require 80% less space, than simple belts. This belt is characterised by greater conveying performance (at the same belt-width, or the same performance at a smaller belt-width). The belt can be fed arbitrarily, depending on the place it is positioned. It is ideal for conveying all kinds of bulk goods.
